Brazilian Butt Lift Workout

Brazilians are famous for their wonderful curvy bodies. To achieve such fine tuned body, various exercises and fitness classes have emerged that help you to achieve shapely butt.

Brazilian butt lift workout aims at providing your finely shaped butts. This workout includes plie, squat with kick-back, explosive lunge, touchdown and single-leg squat with towel.

For plie, stand with feet widely opened and shoulders width apart. Tuck tailbone under and contract glutes. Now lower your body as low as you can allow and knees to creep past toes. Raise arms to shoulders and palms down. Hold it for 2 seconds and return back to same position. Perform 20 reps.

For performing single-leg squat with towel, stand keeping feet together and toes pointing forward. Keep arms at sides and right foot over small folder towel. Shift weight to left leg and bend knee to 90 degrees sliding over right leg. Draw right leg to the previous position while straightening left leg. Repeat exercise for 30 seconds with both legs.

Squat with kick back also helps in achieving wonderful butts. For this, stand keeping shoulder-width apart and arms at sides. Keep weight on heels and sit. Lift left leg straight behind you, keeping hips pointing forward. While doing this, also extend your arms. Now return to starting position and repeat exercise by switching sides.
